The Practice

Built around access, clarity, and determined advocacy.

Employment disputes often begin long before someone speaks to a lawyer. By the time a client reaches out, they may already be dealing with fear, uncertainty, pressure to sign, or a job that suddenly feels unsafe.

We built this practice to meet that moment with clear thinking and close attention. We represent employees in discrimination, retaliation, wage, contract, and workplace dispute matters across New York.

Language access matters too. Ian is fluent in Spanish and French, so we can represent you in the language you are most comfortable using.

Our Approach

Serious, focused representation tailored to you.

After the first conversation, you will have a clear view of your position, your options, and the next step.

Clarity

We listen closely, explain the legal issues in plain language, and give practical guidance tailored to your best interests.

Commitment

You work directly with a small team that stays engaged from intake through negotiation, litigation, or resolution.

Effectiveness

We focus on the next step most likely to protect leverage, reduce risk, or improve the outcome.

Accessibility

We offer support in English, Spanish, and French and represent employees from a wide range of industries and backgrounds.

Practice Areas

The matters we handle most.

We focus on employee-side employment law, from workplace misconduct and retaliation to wage disputes and agreement review.
